TechCrunch is reducing Founder Summit ticket prices and expanding its agenda with six specialized roundtables for the November 4 event in Boston. The summit will be held at the SoWa Power Station, where organizers plan to gather founders, investors, and operators for a day of programming.

The new sessions are designed to address specific operational challenges that standard conference tracks may overlook. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own questions and share internal company data to facilitate these discussions. The topics cover a range of issues, from navigating complex sales cycles to implementing artificial intelligence in lean teams.

Alexandra Ames, founder of Blueprint Lab, will lead the first session at 10:45 a.m. She will focus on how early-stage companies can manage event strategies without the budget for a full-time team. The discussion will include selecting high-value opportunities and defining measurable success metrics.

Two sessions will run simultaneously at 11:30 a.m. Chirag Shah, a partner at Define Ventures, will discuss the difficulties of entering regulated markets or industries with complex buyer structures. In the parallel session, Shishir Tewari, head of enterprise data engineering at Procore Technologies, will explain how knowledge graphs and GraphRAG improve the reliability of AI systems in corporate environments.

Merve Kitapci, managing partner at ADIN.AI, will speak at 1:15 p.m. on winning major enterprise clients before a Series A funding round. She will reference her experiences closing deals with L'Oreal and Vodafone, focusing on long buying cycles and the credibility gained from prominent customer logos. Andy Tang, a partner at Draper Associates, will follow at 1:55 p.m. He will guide founders on how to sell and explain products that do not fit into existing market categories.

Linden Tibbets, CEO of IFTTT, will conclude the roundtable series at 2:35 p.m. He will explore how smaller teams can use AI to increase output without expanding headcount. The session will address hiring strategies and the structural changes required to build an AI-enabled company.

These roundtables complement the main stage programming, which includes sessions on product-market fit, fundraising, and leadership. Steve Fredette, co-founder of Toast, is scheduled to share his perspective, and founders will participate in a live pitching competition. TechCrunch is currently offering a 25 percent discount on tickets, along with a buy-one-get-one promotion that allows attendees to bring a colleague free of charge.
